This Code of Conduct lists activities that you must not engage in when using Teamdb/K+K Online Services (“Services” or in the case of an individual Service, “Service”). These provisions also apply to all other services that have a link to this code of conduct.
Report violations of this Code of Conduct to Teamdb/K+K Online Services Customer Support. The subject line should contain the word “rules of conduct”.
When using Teamdb/K+K Online Services, the following is prohibited:
1.Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws. This includes:
◾Illegal activities such as child pornography, gambling, unauthorized copying and violating copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
◾Accessing or allowing access to the Service from an embargoed country.
◾Threatening, harassing, defaming, defrauding, degrading, harassing, or intimidating anyone for any reason.
◾Violating the privacy of others to collect, store, or release private or personally identifiable information without their prior knowledge and consent. This includes passwords, account information, credit card numbers, addresses, or other contact information.
1.Use the Services in any way that may harm them or interfere with their use by others. This includes:
◾Attempting to gain unauthorized access to a Service, or making it difficult for others to access a Service, or allowing third parties access to the Services on your behalf (such as to anyone without a license or by disclosing your username and password).
◾Using the Services to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service, data, account or network by any means.
◾Using an automated process or service to access and/or use the Service (such as a bot, spider, periodic caching of information held by Teamdb/K+K).
◾Intending to harm or exploit a minor in any way, or to collect personal information from a minor.
1. Forge information in an email header or otherwise misrepresent your identity.
◾This includes misrepresenting the source of posted or uploaded content, and impersonating another person or entity, such as through “spoofing”.
1.Using the Services to transmit, distribute or deliver unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("Spam").
◾This does not apply to spam emails that are directed to an email spam filter provided by Teamdb/K+K.
1.Removing, altering or tampering with any regulatory or legal notices or links contained in the Services.
◾This includes providing or creating links to external websites that violate this Code of Conduct or any other legal contract provided by Teamdb/K+K,
◾and any use of the Services to disseminate any offer or link intended to violate these Terms (such as enabling the sending of spam messages or conducting denial-of-service attacks, etc.).
Furthermore:
◾Teamdb/K+K is not responsible for the content of any posting, listing or message provided by any user. The decision to display content or to contact other people is yours. Use your own judgement.
◾You are responsible for protecting your computer against interference, spyware or viruses that may be caused by items downloaded using the Service. It is recommended to install an antivirus program on your computer and to update it regularly.
◾Information provided or uploaded by you to the Services may be stored outside of your country.
Use of the Teamdb/K+K Online Services managed through this website is governed by the terms of the contract or contracts that governed the purchase of the services. Contact Teamdb/K+K Online Services Support for a copy of your contract(s).
If Teamdb/K+K believes that the Teamdb/K+K Online Services are being used in an unauthorized or improper manner, Teamdb/K+K shall be entitled to take appropriate action, including blocking of messages, without notice and in its sole discretion from certain Internet domains, mail servers or IP addresses. Violation of this policy may result in termination of a customer's account.
Teamdb/K+K reserves the right to amend or change the code of conduct of a service at any time and without notice. It is recommended that these policies be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance.
This Policy does not grant any rights to the Teamdb/K+K Online Services. The waiver of enforcement of this policy in any event will not constitute a waiver of any rights of Teamdb/K+K.
